100% arabica and organic, medium dark roast. Organic coffee in Mexico is found at smaller farms. Cooperatives collect a mixture of green beans from multiple farmers, who mostly grow their crops at lower altitudes. This coffee is known for its “gourmet” character. A light body and low acidity is combined with nut and chocolate flavours. There’s a pleasant dry finish, similar to a qualitative dry white wine.
